Dundee IPA Review

Name: Dundee India Pale Ale
Brewed by: Dundee
Beer Type: IPA
ALC/VOL: 6.3%
Overall Score: 7.1/10

Comments: This IPA is oh-kay. Middle of the road. It has a much lighter body than most [acceptable] IPAs. I could take it or leave it.

Dundee English-Style Ale Review

Name: Dundee English-Style Ale
Brewed by: Dundee
Beer Type: Ale
ALC/VOL: 5.1%
Overall Score: 5/10

Comments: The worst of the Dundee 4-beer variety pack, this ale is dull. It drinks smooth but lacks flavor or originality. Possibly the best part of this beer is it's picture. And that's not saying much.

Stone Pale Ale Review

Name: Stone Pale Ale
Brewed by: Stone
Beer Type: Pale Ale
ALC/VOL: 5.4%
Overall Score: 9.7/10

Comments: There's a reason Stone is consistently ranked so high by beer guides. Simply put, Stone's the shit. These San Diegons ("San Diegans?") know wtf is up when it comes to crafting beer. This is the second product I've tried by Stone and it did not disappoint. Perfect balance with a hoppy undertone. If you don't live under a rock, you should try a Stone beer ASAP.

Dundee Porter Review

Name: Porter
Brewed by: Dundee
Beer Type: Porter
ALC/VOL: 6.5%
Overall Score: 6.9/10

Comments: I bought a Dundee variety pack and will be reviewing all four of the London imports today. This is one of the better porters I have had; I only recently acquired a taste for this heavy black beer type. Good flavor and balance.  Recommended for a cold climate and/or after a meal.

#9 Magic Hat Review

Name: #9
Brewed by: Magic Hat
Beer Type: 'not quite' Pale Ale
ALC/VOL: 5.1%
Overall Score: 6/10

Comments: Cool bottle, cool packaging, mediocre taste. Extra point for inspirational quotes on the inside of every bottle cap.
